Linda is truly the best! We worked with Linda to buy our first home 5 years ago, and again recently when we outgrew that house and needed to find our next home as a family of four. Buying in a sellers' market was stressful, but Linda was so incredibly knowledgeable, patient, responsive, and honest with us throughout the process to make sure that we would find a home that was nothing less than perfect for our needs. The process of selling our home with her also could not have gone more smoothly—she laid out the timeline for us clearly, and even got it under contract four days after listing live, all while we were away on vacation. Linda is a class act. She sold us our first house during the beginning of Covid-19, when times were so uncertain. She and her “dream team” handled everything with such professionalism, and even though the world was shutting down around us, our experience was relatively smooth and seamless. When we decided to sell that house recently, we turned again to Linda. Even as interest rates were increasing, what she explained to us made sense, so we forged ahead with the stressful process of selling our home, in order to buy something in a more rural area.
